Help us prepare our plant-marking stakes in time for the winter planting season!
Grassroots Ecology uses bamboo stakes to mark the native plants that we install each year at our habitat restoration sites, allowing us to see and take care of them more easily while they are young. With your assistance, we will cut the bamboo stakes to size and ensure we are prepared for the upcoming planting season.
Volunteers should expect to use cutting tools and work outdoors. We will spend our time together standing and working with our hands.
